Its a nice mid sized case with sufficient padding for daily use. It is not a hard shell case.
What can one say? A dap or earphones require a detailed analysis of sorts. A case is a case is a case. One can pick up all sorts of camera cases and the like on the internet, and they are adequate for the job. There is something luxurious and comforting to be using a dedicated case designed to protect and transport all your precious audio goodies though.
ddhifi make great cases that do the job well, i use the C-2019 whenever i commute and will probably shift onto the C-2021G as it has that extra space.

I have used the C-2019 series of cases continually without any issues.
They are quality cases and enable me to transport my dap and several IEMs and other extras such as adapters, a spare cable and a selection of tips easily.
I welcome this recent release which adds a bit more space also.
Lots of little pockets for adapters and tips and things
Quite a wide range of dividers with velcro ends to tailor the fit and inner design to your taste
It also has a nice inner shield of sorts to protect the dap from whatever you put in the upper pockets.
With iBasso DX240 - about the same size as most daps.
Four iems, two either side. Probably over kill for a daily commute but shows what can be done if one so wishes.
