These little beasts remind me of my first serious audio purchase - a pair of Sennheiser MX760 earbuds. It took hours in the store at the time to decide which earbuds to purchase.


Shoonth Discovery/ Shun impressions:

Its nice. I like it.

It has a nice warmth to it which is better than analytical for earbuds imho as they need that extra bass/mids boost to get the full sense of the music to the ear drums,

As they are not IEMs.

The have a decent fast response, not sluggish.

They are not a bass heads earbud.

More warmth and intimate styling.

They have a solid amount of mids, possibly a wee bump in the upper mids. Vocals come across full and rich.

Could do with a slight more treble but that could upset the balance.

But it might give more soundstage and detail or the illusion of it.

All in all I rocked these around thr house while doing some other photography and jobs with great pleasure today.
